First I need to state that I have many guns some very expensive, I carried on duty for 32 years, have been an avid shooter for more than 60 years. I bought the Stoeger STR-9 on sale as a spur of the moment decision but to my surprise this gun has been amazing at 300+Rounds through it not a sing,e issue it is very accurate and comfortable to shoot, it now is right up there with guns three times the price, Thank you Buds!

Buds always makes the process easy with purchasing. Shipping was prompt like normal. The gun itself it great. Fit and finish is top tier, and what I expect from beretta. Slide to frame fitment is glassy smooth, and I'm a fan of the blacked out rear sight with the FO front. It really jumps out with acquiring a target. I have an optic plate for it, but I haven't put anything on it because I haven't quite come to terms with how high it will sit. I'm not sure if I will put one on it yet. Not all guns need an optic, and this one performs pretty well with just the irons.

I like CCI ammo. Always dependable. I use FMJ for target and for hunting. It doesn't tear the game up like a lot of the other .17 bullets do. When hunting for pest type critters, I use polymer tipped bullets to maximize knockdown. I found Buds recently, and it is generally the first place I look for guns and ammo here lately. Have bought both and no problems with any purchases.
