  it is Blued which leaves a "Black" finish, Bluing is an electrochemical conversion coating process in which steel is partially protected against rust, and is named after the blue-black appearance of the resulting protective finish

  Pedro, the reciever isn't drilled and tapped, you will have to check with B-Square for an add on mount. These are a saddle type mount that you attach by removing the action pins in your receiver and replacing them with the supplied ones.
