i need a savage 55105 mag, which this claims to be. the pic shows a pn 104347 for a 10c of 11c side release, and the mag has a sheet metal bortton. the 55105 should be pn 106235 for the 10fc or 11fc bottom release and have a thicker plastic bottom. i need the latter, which should be what the 55105 is. is this the wrong picture, or the wrong magazine?

when i first ordered the item, there was a mix up in shipping. It took more than 30 days to finally get my product. When it arrived it was great. Customer service was very nice, but seemed unable to contact their warehouse to find the status of the item. I couldn't track the item, and they said they couldn't contact their warehouse. I have many family members that love this site. I'm giving it a 5 star, because I'm hoping it was just a glitch in their system.

Fits perfectly in my Savage 11 Scout. Much studier than the 10rd version since the extension is just held on with four small plastic tabs. Fits flush, holds four rounds of .308, and feels nice and solid.

These magazines were hard to find to fit my Savage model 11 Scout rifle. They are original Savage magazines and fit and operate as such. You should have no more trouble with them than the magazine that came with the rifle. My only complaint is the cost for them and is probably driven by Savage themselves. Bud's did have them in stock and at the cheapest price I could find. Most places didn't have them in stock and more expensive if they did. Thanks Buds!

I bought three of these as a flush mount alternative for my Savage 11 scout. Fit was perfect. Makes the rifle much handier in the field. They seem like good quality mags. Only time will tell how well they hold up under use.
