All Daniel Defense Rail Systems are built to the 1913 Military Specification and are 100% Quality Assurance checked for conformity to the specification. The Omega Rail comes standard with three black ladders to protect the 1913 rails as well as the shooters hand. The Ladders are constructed from santoprene, which can handle heat up to 350 degrees.

First things first, I ordered the Daniel Defense Omega 9 rail for 130$ cheaper than any other vendor known to man kind. I thought it was a typo at first, it wasn't. I wanted a rail that was easy to install and Daniel Defense instructions say 5 minute install and they were correct. It's the only free floating rail (that I know of) that requires no modification to the host rifle. It is solid as a rock and Daniel Defense makes it so you know it's top shelf gear.. 2nd Buds Guns review, I ordered the rail on a Sunday afternoon thinking it will be processed on Monday, wrong, 30 minutes later (on a Sunday mind you) it had been processed and was in shipping. Long story short I received it in Florida on Wednesday morning.. Buds is the best
