Received this rifle in good order and the process through the local dealer went very smoothly. Right out of the box the action was a bit stiff but has since worn in nicely. I took my time breaking in the barrel and feel like it paid off well. Had the rifle bore sighted at the local range then tried three different brands of ammo through it. Wouldn't you know it, the rifle seems to like the most expensive ammo the best (Nosler Trophy Grade). My 13 year old son shot a couple of boxes and started getting comfortable with the rifle as well. We went out on the Early Season rifle hunt last weekend and he took is first buck with the new rifle. For the price and the experience this is a great value and I would recommend this rifle.

Great transaction from Buds as always! Excellent communication with where I was in the process and the shipping/tracking at all times! I really appreciate that! The TC Venture 243 is an outstanding rifle! Very solid! Very well made. Pick one up and check it out and you will see in no time that you get a lot of bang for your buck with this rifle! I mounted a Vortex Viper HS 4-16 x 44mm scope and headed to the range. Fired around 50 rounds this morning. Best 3 shot group at 100 yards was .460" I'm very happy with that! It's only going to get better as it gets broken in with more rounds down the barrel. Get a TC Venture. You will be happy you did.
