Customer Reviews 10 Customer Reviews Average 4.9 out of 5 Jeff P This is a great gun! Very solid and well-made. The 4-5/8" barrel is a great choice with this revolver, as was the choice of stainless finish - looks and handles great. Shooting .38 Special is almost gentle in this revolver, and even full-blown .357 are quite manageable. Accuracy out of the box was superb! This is always an ordeal for me, as it seems every new gun I purchase I want to throw away as I try to get the sights regulated at first. Not so with the Blackhawk - it was shooting to point of aim from the first shot, and did so consistently. I was beyond pleased with the accuracy and shooting characteristics of this gun. I would hardily recommend this gun to anyone wanting a high-quality single action revolver. 1 month ago Wallace W This is my first time ordering a firearm from Bud's and it was overall a painless transaction, shipping took a little longer than I wanted it to, but was well within the time frame that was given when I ordered. After I received the gun, it was checked over and no problems were found. It is a very nice looking revolver, and the wood grips are much better looking than the older style rose wood grip panels. I had a chance to take it out to the range and shoot a few .38's through it, and it is a very good shooter. When the weather is better I will wring it out with some full house .357 loads. I am sure it will handle them with ease, as this gun is a chunk. It is pretty hefty at 46 ounces in a very compact package. This is not my first Ruger revolver, so I knew it would perform well, and it did. I didn't know whether the 4 5/8" barrel was a good idea, but it is now my favorite barrel length in single action Rugers. If you have a need for a single action .357, I would highly recommend this gun. 3 months ago Show More Reviews...
