PMC is decent "practice" ammo at a very good price. I've had a few rounds "jam" in my SA XD pistol, and will not carry these for home defense.

    Phillip, this has a Muzzle Velocity of 985 fps, and a
    Muzzle Energy of 355 ft/lbs. I've used pmc bronze in multiple calibers like 9mm, 38 special, 45acp, 44 mag, 223/5.56 and it's always been reliable quality ammo. Hope this helps.
