What can I say...I LOVE THIS GUN!!! This is quite possibly one of the best guns in my collection. Since I live in California, and this pistol was never on the "Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale," I had to get it as a SSE/Single Shot Exemption (which is no longer legal in CA) with a wooden block in place of the magazine, and as I recall, this was the only gun purchase I've ever done where there was a delay (NOT a DENIAL) on my DROS and I had to wait a bit longer than normal to pick it up from my FFL. I get a lot of people asking me about it, asking to buy it off me, asking if I have others like it for sale. I wish I did have more, should've bought em while I had the chance. I always wanted a Mac (who doesn't?!) and this was as close as I was ever gonna get to one, I don't think i'll ever part with it, although I've come close. Since this model is a top cocker, I had to come up with my own way to attach a rail under the barrel and mount a flashlight/red laser combo. With or without the laser it is dead on target. I also figured out a much cheaper way to mount a single point sling behind the grip. I bought the polymer grip sleeve and trigger shoe from Master Piece Arms website, and I feel they add to the functionality as well as the aesthetics of the pistol. The stupid 10 round mags available for this gun suck, but you can find some 30 rounders that have been stop-riveted to only accept 10 rounds online, which make this thing look bad ass. I also replaced the small cocking knob with a larger, more textured knob for better handling. Many people say these guns serve no functional, real-world purpose other than "looking cool," but in all honesty I can say I would not hesitate to use this pistol as a home-defense gun. It is rugged, tough, hefty (even for the mini) which helps drastically reduce recoil, and with the additions I put on it such as the flashlight and single point sling, it makes for a highly accurate, reliable, maneuverable firearm that is tons of fun to shoot.

hey Rich S, pick yourself up some sten mags. i refinished 4 of them to use in this gun. got them for $15 each even with the panic. they work great. as for the gun, it was missing the mag release tool. luckily i had contacted MPA before the gun even shipped and they sent me the standard mag release lever, free of charge. i installed it as soon as i brought the pistol home yesterday. (i do not live in CA) overall the finish on the gun is not to my standards. i will probably have to moly coat or duracoat it to make myself happy with it.

Do not buy this. I just got it and it ships with a dummy magazine that is only for shipping purposes. It serves no function. Then when you try to find magazines for this thing, they are all sold out and on back order. So for me, this thing is useless.
