Great gun. Eats bullets like candy. Great little piece of art.

Great gun. No problems cycling. The bolt is much like a charging handle where you just use it to cock it then it will not move. The coating on the gun is pretty weak. Also the gun throws brass about 30 feet right and makes the cases pretty defromed

THIS MPA 5.7X28MM IS DAM AWESOME NOT ENOUGH RATED PISTOL , IT IS SO ACCURATE THINKING BECAUSE OF THE LITTLE WEIGHT HELPS ALOT BRINGING IT TO ALMOST NO RECOIL. I SCORED A 90 AT THE SHOOTING RANGE WITH THIS MPA 5.7X28MM, WELL WORTHY OF HAVING AROUND. THE AMMO MAY BE A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT ITS NOT AS HARD AS THEY SAY IT IS TO GET THE AMMO. THERE ARE PLENTY WEB SITES THAT CARRY THE ROUND. I PAID 100 BUCKS FOR 200 ROUNDS AND THAT'S AT A DISCOUNT AT SLICK GUNS.COM THEY ARE RACKED WITH THIS AMMO. THIS GUN IS ON THE SLIM STYLE NOT FAT AND BULKY LIKE THE MPA 45 I LOVE THIS GUN, CAN'T GO A DAY WITHOUT HOLDING IT. I GOT PLANS ON PUTTING A SCOPE ON THE TOP RAIL AND A GREEN OR RED BEAM ON THE BOTTOM RAIL. THIS FIREARM DIDN'T COME WITH A FIRED ROUND SHELL CASE, DON'T NO WHY BUT IT DIDN'T. COMES IN A NICE CASE, ONE 20 ROUND MAG BUT YOU CAN GET 2 30 ROUND PRO MAGS FOR 24.99 A PIECE OR 50 BUCKS FOR 2 MAGS. THANKS AGAIN BUDS GUN SHOP. P.S. I AM 100% WOMEN : ) : )

This is a good gun and generally well-made. And it is fun to shoot. It's a little heavier than it looks. I am usually a generous reviewer, but I did deduct one star for a couple of reasons. The finish is just OK. There's a metal edge near the barrel that's really rough and looks more torn that cut. Also, the grip surfaces are little more than stickers - secure but the look is a little cheap. Still, it's fun, looks cool, and an inexpensive option for shooting this caliber. I don't regret the purchase.

Felt a little heavier than I had anticipated, very well made, sturdy, will probably get years of use from it. Accurate right out of the box. Only shot FN TMJ ammo from Buds. Ammo is a bit scarce right now (pricey) that will change in time once everything settles down a bit. Would recommend this as a buy, gets plenty of looks at the range. Now I want the FN Herstal FiveseveN Bud's Item Number: 60445 waiting till they return to stock. in the meantime I'm looking at an MPA top cocker .45

This is a great gun. Not too loud. No recoil. Accurate as any gun can be. Put a handle on the bottom rail with stand extension. Shoots as accurate as a rifle. I hope Masterpiece keeps making these type of weapons. Won't disappoint.

I just got the new MPA57SST chambered in 5.7 x 28 mm, which is my third Masterpiece Arms firearm in two years, and I must give kudos to them for this fantastic new firearm. It functioned flawlessly right out of the box and has even less recoil and barrel rise than a 9mm M11, probably due to that great new muzzle brake. My new MPA57SST was the center of attention down at the firing range, and all the firearm enthusiasts were very impressed with the functioning, handling, affordability, and accuracy of this latest cartridge for the Defender line of firearms. Excellent job by MPA and I look forward to additional purchases of new Masterpiece Arms products in the near future from Buds!
