Disappointed in this product...I won't cycle 12 gauge shells reliably...I will get rid of it asap....Turkish shotguns, buyer beware ..

Just received item. Plug was removed by licensed FFL (and gunsmith) but I only get 4 in chamber, not the 5 plus 1 as advertised. Going to take it back to FFL I got it from and see if he can do anything with it. Using S&B 2 3/4 ammo that I also got from Buds. No concerns about Bud's order or shipping just product.

Received CZ 612 HD & was everything I expected. A very nice, buttery smooth pump action & trigger, fit & finish neat & clean, with the appearance of a being well worth the money. Can't wait to take the range to confirm if it functions as good as it looks. Thanks to all of the folks at Bud's Gun Shop who was involved in this transaction. Im here to tell about the item I purchased. We all know Buds is a must go to place for firearms. With that being said here I go. After a perfect purchase from Buds my gun arrived. It was protected well for shipping and oiled up which I think is perfect. Finish was amazing. Not a blemish or mark anywhere. As I handled it for the first time I could tell this was the perfect choice. Solid and tight and swings just right. The quality of this gun exceeds many of the big names. There is no rattle or loose parts like the M 500. After complete takedown and cleaning and proper oiling , its smoother than all 3 of the R 870 s that I have owned. The action is as smooth as butter. The mill work is superior. I think its better built than the new R 870s . Its obvious the mill work is high quality. The parts are of quality and craftsmanship. This gun has by far exceeded my expectations. It chambers and fires everything I feed it. I put 300 rounds threw it on its first day out. Not a single problem. We shot 00buck,slugs,steel bird shot,lead bird shot. I have been around guns 38 years, my father was a deputy . I know what quality and reliable means in a firearm. This gun has everything. Im just lucky I got a good one and got it at 225$. Thanks Buds .

Bought the 612 HD in June. All looked good when picked up at local FFL. Was going out of town so was not planning on trying it out until returning. First time to load and chamber no shell fed from magazine. After several "pumps" one did. Ejected to try another, second chambered, but third failed. Went through the process several times, same result. Tried a diifferent brand of shells, same result. It looked as if there was a silver metal powder forming around the rim of the mag tube. As if something rubbing metal to metal leaving residue. Put a little lubricant on the slide, no difference. I noticed the bars which have angled lips to hold shells in though were not retracting each time. I could manually push one in and the shell would pop out of the mag tube as two got stuck inside it. I called Buds, the young man I spoke with had never seen a 12 g. not feed like described. Was very nice. We bothe were a little surprised being a CZ. I've loved the CZ handguns for 25 years. Put them up against any out there, but did read one forum which said, like many shotguns today, CZ had the 612 made in Turkey. Nice looking, lightweight, but this one not typical CZ quality. Contacted CZ, waiting to hear from them regarding warranty. When it comes to shotguns, next time likely be another Benelli though.

Thank you Buds for fast shipping and great pricing. constantly emailed me to keep me updated about the progress of my transaction. the shotgun that I purchased CZ-USA 612HD arrived quickly- within 4 days from purchase. arrived in good shape and packaged well. no damages during shipping. the shotgun is a well made shotgun. better than I thought for it to be made in turkey. I was a little leery of purchasing it, because it was made in turkey, but Buds pricing was too good to pass up. action is smooth and the trigger is crisp. and does not "rattle" like a Mossberg 500. everything fits tightly, and that makes for a well made weapon. fixed barrel allows for slugs as well as buckshot. you have to remove the plug for it to hold more than 3 shells. I also spent a little extra and purchased the lifetime warranty thru buds which allows for repair or replacement at no further costs to me, AND allows for shipping both ways at no expense for me. WAY TO GO BUDS for the low cost offer of such an important after sale service! very happy with the purchase and extremely happy with buds service as well. will be purchasing more with buds and GLAD to be a TEAM member. well worth the cost!

This could be "deal of the year" Couldn't be happier for the price!!! Buds had gun shipped next day, and if my ffl dealer hadn't been out of town for the holidays I would have had gun in three days. Great shotgun!!!!
