Great gun. My husband...
Great gun. My husband loves it and so do I. I bought this in a 40 and really enjoy taking it to the range. The gun never jams or fails. If I had to find fault it would be size. He wanted the gun for everyday carry but decided it's a bit heavy.

Purchased this gun...
Purchased this gun around 4 years ago. Buds had the best price and the purchase went very smoothly. As for the gun itself I have mixed feelings: Pros: 1- Rotating barrel locking system supposedly increases accuracy. The theory sounds good and It's an interesting design. I like it. 2- Easiest pistol I've ever field stripped. 3- Very mild recoil. 4- Accurate. 5- Thick but comfortable grip. 6- Value. Cons: 1- The slide is steel with a glossy black applied finish which has been very durable. The frame is aluminum with a flat black anodized finish. It has not been durable as it is easily scratched. Stoeger should have used the same finish on the frame that was used on the slide. It would look better too. 2- The slide to frame fit seems excessively loose. I contacted Stoeger but decided not to spend the money to ship it to them to have it checked. Their customer service didn't inspire much confidence and the looseness doesn't seem to affect accuracy. 3- This is personal preference but I prefer the safety to be frame not slide mounted. 4- This isn't really a con but I found this gun does not like the slide to be lubricated with gun grease. The slide failed to lock back when the mag emptied when I used grease, even though I used a very small amount. I have used oil ever since without issue. Overall I like the uniqueness of this gun and the way it shoots. I would prefer a more uniform/durable finish and a better slide to frame fit. I'd probably still make the purchase again - it's a very economical pistol and fun to shoot.

Got my gun yesterday... Fast shipping, gun looks and feels great...mags are a little beat up looks like they were used... But they are beretta factory mags.. but that's my only complaint Other than that its a great gun...
