The P250®, a modular pistol that allows the shooter to change caliber and size at will.

The SIG SAUER® P250 was designed specifically to address the future needs of the military, law enforcement, and civilian shooters around the world. The P250's innovative design enables the shooter to quickly remove the functional mechanism and place it into the polymer grip of his choice. This allows an immediate change in caliber and size;(subcompact, compact and full). And after any change the pistol delivers both outstanding accuracy and reliable functionality. Its modularity not only provides incredible ease of maintenance, but also provides a solution for accommodating different hand sizes - there are 6 different ergonomic combinations for each size, accomplished by changes in grip circumference and trigger style. Now you can own the world's only modular shooting system globally engineered to deliver the "To-Hell -And-Back-Reliability" you've come to expect from Sig Sauer.

I've had this gun about six months and fired it a fair bit. I was looking for a simple, reliable, and light weight pistol for everyday carry. Basically, nothing fancy but a good workhorse. This gun is definitely that! The feel of this gun in the hand is amazingly good. It feels very balanced. The trigger is actually very good once you get used to it. The double action pull is excellent for this type of weapon. The build quality is pretty good. The polymer frame is not textured so it does look kind of plasticy, but once you use the gun for a little while you just don't notice. The gun is very very accurate and the 9mm is just a really easy cartridge to shoot well.

This would make a great self defense gun for a security guard or someone that wants to keep a pistol for home defense. Holsters are not as plentiful as some other models but there are decent ones out there.

Overall, its hard to go wrong with this gun.

Wow, for a bargain priced version of the P250 this gun is wonderful. Is it the same build quality of my P229?, not quite but this is one of the best built sub $450 guns on the market. I have a Springfield XDM that I paid around the same money for and the build quality on these guns have been astounding. Even with 9mm being a pain to find right now decided I had to try out the gun. I went to the range and shot 250 rounds through it. Zero mis-fires, It took about 100 rounds to get fully used to the trigger. It's smooth but I had a tendency to pull the front of the gun down slightly when firing making the shots hit the target a bit low. The groupings were tight even when shooting a bit low. If you are looking for an amazing low weight 9mm I highly recommend taking a look at this gun. Biggest downfall was only one clip, the clips are a bit pricey, but what do you expect for $420.

I ordered my p250 back in late late late December, it ended up taking a bit longer than it was meant to take to get here, but patiently I waited. Got to say it was so worth it. I didn't expect the gun to look as good as the stock pictures of the p250 but in all honesty, this gun is even sexier in my hand. The trigger is better than I could have imagined, its so easy to pull, to me it almost feels like im pulling on an airsoft pistol's trigger, but with a lot more pull back needed. My only other gun is a snubbie revolver, it has a heavy trigger, but im sort of used to it, this trigger is half the effort it takes to pull a revolver's trigger. I can't really think of a single down side about this gun, everything is great about it, Its comfortable to hold, the texture, looks.. EVERYTHING about this gun is great... actually there is one complaint, but I can deal without it ..*cough* add single action *cough*.
