Any idea what is the best 22LR for self defense?? I know it is a small gun..Stingers have 1640 FPS and 191 Muzzle energy. Anything better?

I would lean toward any good 40 grain round nose as I don't think the hollow points will get enough penetration. Lets face it with a 22lr your ability ( bullet placement ) will mean more than having the "best " bullet
