BROWNING BUCK MARK CAMPER URX SR 22 LR

Buckmark Camper is an awesome pistol, I bought it for an accurate and suppressed shooter. It does both very well. Very accurate. Only con is black front sight, will change out for a Dawson P. Buds took way to long, to ship, ordered on sept 4th and didnt recieve untill the 16th. Might have been a special order fron Linskys, not sure. But this is only problem I have had from buds,

Purchased online, picked up Buds in Lexington, KY. Buds has a excellent staff and supplies great products at reasonable prices. I purchased this Browning 22LR threaded barrel mostly for critter control on farm. I've never used suppressor on any semi auto and my prior thoughts of 22lr being a dirty shooting round may give problems have come true. I've tried a lot of ammo in the 1040 thru 1060 FPS range and this Browning cycles them all very well when clean. When using suppressor the gas (SOOT) comes back with the slide after shot and goes down into magazine and other internals much worse than you do with bolt rifle. I've found better ammo helps control soot, My favorite for price and service is Winchester 42 Grain Subsonic HP, also CCI 1040 FPS works well. Features of pistol 5.5" barrel very accurate, trigger excellent, last round hold open nice, nice rear sight, nice comfortable safety, easy loading magazine. All of the workings of this pistol are excellent in design and function. Thanks Browning for still making a quality product in USA. If I had to complain on pistol it would be the front sight, it should be fiber optic or at least painted. The sight is tall enough to use suppressor and is attached well but black blade is hard too see/55 yr. old eyes anyway. I painted blade red and it worked for me. I may purchase a fiber optic later. This is a high quality pistol and I would recommend it. I'll be keeping this one but, Browning put a 1/2x28 threaded barrel on your BL22 rifle and you will get more of my hard earned cash.
