Couldn't be happier. I own several 365 variants,but this one doesn't disappoint. Compensated set up does mitigate recoil a bit. If there's any complaint it would be that it's louder due to the compensation,otherwise I love it.

The gun has a good feel and weight. It shoots good and has a good trigger. The size of the gun is good for conceled carry. All in all the good is a good carry option.

My first compact pistol for CCW, to complement my home defense 92FS. Wonderful to shoot, not nearly as snappy as the uncompensated P365s. About 1000 rounds through it so far with no malfunctions, feeding it a combination of FMJ 115, 124, and 147, and a couple 10-round magazines of JHP. As accurate as my 92FS, for now just using the iron sights, which are excellent. Very happy with this purchase. Shoots great, feels great, and looks great. What more could you ask for? Buds was fantastic - even though they posted a disclaimer on the web page cautioning that supply issues may cause delays, my pistol was at my FFL within two days. Thanks Buds - you have a happy camper here!

This Sig P365 XL Specter Comp in Coyote is as advertised and then some. I have traditionally had difficulty grouping from smaller carry pistols because of the ‘snappiness’ they present. But not with this one. I can group this really well at distances I wouldn’t have considered with other makes and models in this size range. The compensator cut into the slide really does keep the front more tamed and easier to follow up with. I would have said I didn’t really notice a difference the first time I shot it until I saw that I had emptied the magazine nearly two seconds faster than with non-comped models. It’s also very easy to add optics ( not like a P320 with the screws underneath in the slide and I do like my P320) but the screws are right on top for optics on the P365. This is a truly impressive pistol once you get the feel of the trigger and proper reset point for follow-up shots. The profile is the narrowest I’ve ever carried and the most magazine rounds available by any manufacturer for something this size, as I mentioned earlier, truly remarkable. If I had any negative to reflect it would only be that the grip has a sharpness to my hand just below the trigger guard, and in the 17 round magazine, it’s tough to get that 17th round in until the spring has loosened a bit. I do Love this pistol.

Very good concealed carry gun. The upgrades from the P365 to the spectra comp are worth the extra price. The “comp” does reduce recoil and muzzle flip that you get with smaller guns. Also the trigger is a big upgrade from my P365 SAS. FDE looks great on this gun.
