I needed a fun plinking gun. This certainly was the ticket. Straight out of the case it cycled flawlessly. It's such a great deal for a great gun. My only problem is that I think I want one blued as well.

i hate to badmouth a ruger but this one left me a tad disappointed. i have never held a firearm with such an uncomfortable grip. i guess i expected it to be paw filling like a 1911 but i was sadly mistaken. not sure if i will wrap tape on it or what. come on ruger some of us have adult hands. on the flipside buds service was top drawer as usual. this was my 5th or 6th purchase from buds and all have been good experiences. i would recommend that anyone contemplating buying a 22/45 go to a retailer first and hold one so you won`t be sorry later.

This gun is impressive! After a few minor adjustments to the sights I was able to continuously keyhole my shots into the bulls eye. Buds was excellent with the service and super fast with their shipping. Thanks for a great experience.

I had been looking at this firearm since i sold my M9, due to the fact it was more of a collectors items and 9mm rounds are skyrocketing around here. I will tell you that ordering from buds was very easy. I had been looking for a decent .22lr semi auto for a whie and wasnt having much lick at the local shops. No on ehad them in stock, after about 6 shops i looked online and found buds. I ordered the firearm and received it in just two days, and immediately went to the range. Let me tell you this one is a shooter!!! A few minor adjust =ment to the windage and it was locked in, shooting 2" groups at 50yds and 1" groups a few clips later! I would highly reccomend buds and this Ruger pistol.

The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 from me is the grip is somewhat narrow which may not be comfortable for all shooters. Aside from that, this is an awesome very accurate and reliable shooter. With bulk ammo and a red dot scope I can consistently hit my target at 50+ yards and this gun is a tack driver at 25 yards or less.
