Purchased 2019 several hundred rounds later, love it. Wish there was an adjustment for elevation. Purchased a FDE version received a green version, was a little miffed about that but It shoots great, Less that 6 issues in the time i've owned this, IE failure to feed or stove pipe but probably ammo issue. Great 1911 for the price.

This Taurus Commander 1911 in .45ACP is one great gun and for the price point you can't get a better gun. Plus you won't find a better price out there that will beat Bud's prices either.

I have not taken this out to the range yet. The slide finish looks different in the picture than in person. it's more green. Which is ok for me. Also, it seems like the blues finish isn't on as well as other 1911s I have had in the past. It may go from 3 to 4 stars after range time.
