I am very pleased with the quality of this handgun. It is so small, way smaller than it looks in the pictures I've seen. It is not overly heavy, but it isn't light either which is actually a good thing considering it is a .40 cal and the weight helps absorb some of the recoil. Extremely well built, the double action is designed so that the firing pin will not engage unless you cock it first and if there is no round in the chamber the first trigger pull will be a click and then the trigger will disengage. Another cool thing is when the clip is empty it is very hard to release the slide, this is to help remind you that the gun is in fact empty, however if you remove the clip or put a new one in, the slide release is smooth and easy. The action is also very smooth and the fit and finish is very nice, just all around a great gun... It will easily fit into your pocket or ankle holster or wherever you desire to hide it. The sights are very easy to acquire, and the recoil is sharp but the gun is so small and maneuverable that it is pretty easy to reacquire between shots. Excellent, excellent, excellent hand gun, I highly recommend it to anyone who has been looking at a Kahr, and I would say save up your money and get the steel framed gun, its night and day in comparison with the polymer framed ones. I own Glocks, Sigs, and various 1911's and this is by far the most impressive handgun I've owned yet.
