Product arrived in a timely manner and as advertised. No problems. As with most gun leather, when new, can be stiff and tight. I used the age-old trick of wrapping the mags in Ziploc bags, then stuffing them into the carrier for a few days. This loosened things up perfectly. Thereafter one can adjust tension accordingly with the screw on the mag carrier.
