The XT-22R Series is Marlin's latest bolt action rimfire rifles. The XT-22R is perfect for target practice and small game, these bolt-action 22s are reliable, accurate and fun to shoot. Featuring a 7-shot magazine, blued barrel, thumb safety, Pro-Fire Adjustable trigger, adjustable rear sight, ramp front sight, and they are drilled and tapped for scope. The stock is black synthetic with swivel studs, and full pistol grip.

excellent gun. Marlin scores big with this model. Love the smooth bolt and the way the gun feels when aiming. I was slightly hesitant about a 175 dollar gun, but wouldn't look back now that I've got. Wish the grips on the stock were over-molded, but for 175 bucks it can't be beaten. Five stars overall. Thanks Bud's, great service as always!

This is my first of several future purchases from Buds. Can't beat their shopping processes. Marlin makes a really good product. Only worry about their new series of .22 rifles is that the open sights seam very very low. I can't seam to get my head low enough to line up the open sights. I'll be getting a scope for this rifle in the near future. Great Marlin rifle and Awesome online gun shopping experience.

  • Q: Can I shoot 22mag out of this with the current clip?

    Jason, no Sir. 22Magnum cases are not only longer but are larger diameter than 22LR. 22Mag will not fit in the magazine or in the rifle chamber.     Robert, Buds states to give 7 days but averages half that for orders completed by Credit Card. Handguns ship via faster Carrier service than long guns. You can call Customer Service at (859) 368-0371 to order and see if a faster ship service would be available for a small extra fee.
