• Q: So this gun is on the legal roster but you cannot buy it from a gun store in MA because they can’t sell glocks after 98’ . Am I able to buy this legally and have it shipped to me ? Or am I stuck with not being able to get the newer glocks ?

  even though its on the MA approved list it is not legal in MA because it does not have a 10 lb trigger pull see *** "Handguns (except “Assault Weapons”) are permitted, but must comply under ALL of the following guidelines:
   Magazines do not exceed ten (10) rounds
   Must be on this list of Bud’s approved handguns for MA
   Must pass Massachusetts Attorney General Office Handgun Sales Regulations 940 CMR 16.00, et seq.
  ********Firearms on the Approved Firearms Roster do not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Attorney
  General’s Handgun Sales Regulations and all three of the above requirements must be met before a Handgun
  can transfer.**

  sorry no Glock Gen 4 or 5 guns are CA DOJ approved and with the Micro stamping law being upheld in the CA courts its very unlikely that any new guns will be added to the CA DOJ approved list anytime soon

• Q: I recently asked if Glock 19 magazines could be used in Glock 26 handguns. Now I’m asking are different generation Glock handgun magazines interchangeable in different generation handguns? For example can one use a generation 4 Glock 19 magazine in a generation 3 Glock 26 handgun?

  Yes, you can. The only exception being the single stack glocks.
