Man, I love this gun. It's steel, it's stainless, it's beautiful. It's .40S&W.. I bought this I guess on close out but I didn't know that. Had I known, I would have bought 2.. maybe even 3 or 4 or ...well I do hope to retire so I guess there are limits but 2 or 3 for sure. It came with a laser that projects a multiple-dot image instead of a single point. It's far easier to find it on a target in the dark. Did I mention it's steel? And beautiful? It shoots dead on and smooth. And it's steel. I wish I could get more but I'll look for similar instead.

low budget Beretta made in a Brazilian Beretta plant. The trick with Taurus is to COMPLETELY clean the firearm prior to use! This is a good, solid firearm. Remove ALL the cosmoline shipping grease and it will work. Did not like the stainless finish (preference not manufacture) Sold it and bought a CZ P-09

beautiful gun, feels good in hand, came with two clips, one fit the other does not catch. I have ordered Taurus clips and they just fall out. Only one clip out of two fits and properly fires. for this reason I have to rate this a bad gun

I was looking for a high capacity semi auto in 45 or 40, and for the money you can't beat this deal. Basically a Beretta, but with the safety on the frame, not the slide. And 15 round magazines! Never had any feed problems, zero. Got maybe 200 rounds through it. For me its too big to carry (that's what the Ruger LC9s is for), but for bedside defense it makes me feel good. And you can mount a laser under the barrel.

This was my first purchase through Buds and I was very pleased. Everyone I spoke to at Buds was very nice and helpful. As for the gun... love it! The gun arrived in pristine condition and oiled to the bajesus to prevent any corrosion. Make no mistake about it, this is a beefy gun, which I love. The frame mounted safety/decocker is much better and easier to reach than the Beretta slide mounted safety. I highly recommend this gun. My buddy is already planning on buying one just from seeing mine.

This is a very nice looking gun. I replaced the plastic grip panels with some really sharp looking clear anodized aluminum Hogue grips I bought on eBay. Got so many compliments on it!
