The P45 features trrigger cocking DAO, lock breech, "Browning - type" recoil lug, passive striker block and no magazine disconnect. The barrel is 3.54", polygonal rifling and 1 - 16.38 right-hand twist. This model also comes with drift adjustable, white bar-dot sights.

Meh!
I hope that my problems will go away after I finish the 200-round break-in period, but my expectations are low... When I received the gun, it was bone-dry and very hard to cycle by hand. I thoroughly greased and worked it until the action felt somewhat better. Then, during the first 50 rounds, I had 5 failure-to-strip a new round from the magazine (resulting in empty chamber), and 2 additional failure-to-fully-seat (the rounds were stripped from the magazine, but the slide stopped about 1/4" short of the locked position). I experienced this with plain old Winchester FMJ round-nose ammo. I previously bought a Kahr CW-9, which I worked perfectly right out of the box and I was hoping that this reliability extended to other models within the brand. I've heard stories, but have never before encountered a weapon that fails 14% of the time.

Really like this pistol so far. Has smoothest DA trigger and its recoil feels like nothing for a pistol this size shooting 230gr bullets. Like it enough may have to buy me another for Christmas. :)

This was my 10th purchase from buds. Top knotch service and a great product. Ordered Friday night, picked up Wednesday afternoon. The guns is perfect. Came packed in grease. Also came with 3 magazines, 2 6 rounders and 1 7. Wasn’t expecting that. At this price its a great deal. Local lgs wanted 599. Buds currently at 440, no tax. Pick one up while u can.

This is a great pistol. I read about how there is a break in period with Kahrs but I have not experienced any problems. It shoots very nice and the recoil is vert manageable despite the small size of the gun. I left the gun locked in the open position in my safe for a few days just to work the spring a bit. Springs are very tight new but after leaving it open and shooting it, they have become much more reasonable. Long trigger pull ensures no accidental firing; an ideal CCW pistol. I am thoroughly pleased with this pistol and would highly recommend it especially if you are in CA (as far as I can tell, this is the smallest .45 on the roster)

I was concerned that a lightweight .45 would leave a permanent indentation in my forehead, but I was pleasantly surprised. The P45 has easily manageable recoil, and is very accurate, even with my to-be-desired shooting skills. I wanted a CCW compatible .45 and the P45 fits the bill perfectly.
