I noticed something in the reviews about this gun before I bought it, no one had malfunctions and it was pleasant to shoot. My experience is exactly the same. For such a small gun, the recoil is surprisingly manageable. You will enjoy training and practicing with this gun. I wanted a micro-9mm pocket gun with an external safety and it boiled down to this and the Sig 938. I have not shot the Sig but hear it's very reliable but also kinda snappy on recoil and I was not 100% on cock and locked for pocket carry so I chose the PM9 and am totally thrilled with it. It disappears in my front pocket. Using a Desantis Super Fly holster and love that as well. This is a pocket 9 perfected and the night-sights just blare. As I say, they nailed it, I love it. This replaced a Bersa Thunder CC .380 that was _bigger_ than the P9... Now I'm waiting to see if they offer the CW9 with an external safety and I will be a buyer of that model as well, just to have a backup to the PM9. Completely satisfied.

Received my pm9 on 5/25/2012. Did a lot of research and finally decided on the Kahr. This gun is very well built and ranks right up there with the Sig p238 it replaced as my carry weapon. Although very tight out the box, I'm sure it will loosen up after the break end period [ 200 rounds ]. I'm about half way there with absolutely no issues and a hell of a lot more accurate than me. Very pleased!!! I think this is my 5th gun from Buds and as usual they are top notch!
