After having for a few years, it is very accurate and the ramped barrel allows me to shoot all types of hollow points without any problems or issues. I've had zero issues with it. Also, It shoots ball ammo well and is accurate. It is heavy though. I took it up on an 8 mile hiking trip one time and that one time was enough. I've since gotten a 10mm for hiking now but this is great for home defense. I use it for a truck pistol as well.

This was the second handgun purchase i've ever made my first from Buds. I didnt think I would like a 1911 but I wanted a hi cap and my friend recommended Para. I went into this blind and WOW im so glad I bought this gun. It feels so good in my hand and fires so smooth. The recoil is nothing like my other .45 and I grouped my very first mag 14 rounds into a 2 inch spot at 50ft right out of the box. The fiber optic sights do wonders for me. Plus Para donates a portion of the purchase to the NRA hence the "Gun Rights" on the side of the gun. I will say i've only put 14 rounds thru it so time will tell but I couldnt ask for a better experience than Buds, or a more accurate beautiful looking gun.
