I spoke too soon on this Para P14-45, after the first 350 rounds of standard load ammo it started having feeding trouble. It is the result of a weak/soft slide, the breech face has been peened around the firing pin hole as well as some other places on the slide. The area around the firing pin hole is catching the rim of the case and will not allow the rounds to chamber smoothly jamming 8-9 out of each mag. The other areas I can ignore, slide stop notch, area beside the breech face, they didn't effect function as of yet. I have not heard from Para yet, will try to call them again after the holiday weekend. This is just a review on the pistol, bud's serve=ice was excellent shipping it to my local range/FFL.

Purchased mine from Bud's on 06/23/2009 and have 343 rounds through it, haven't had any problems with it. All the ammunition was 230gr, some Speer Gold Dot (14rds) and the rest FMJ, some range reloads (80rds) and my own reloads (249). It fed and fired everything with out any problems.
