After asking i was told this did not have the updated hammer saftey....it does. Not a deal breaker because the fit and finish is perfect, and runs smooth. Only problem is now i want another one so i have one for each of ya.

Very smooth action. Although, there are only three clicks when the hammer is pulled back. This I found disappointing because all of the other Cattleman models I handled had four clicks..I believe this is due to the redesigned hammer. Still a fine firearm, well balanced, and nicely finished. An excellent value for the price. Buds order processing and shipping was flawless. As always.

Ordered this beautiful weapon from BUDS on December 13. First, BUDS was great, as always. Great prices, inventory and quick shipping. All the great reviews on Uberti weapons gave me confidence I was buying quality. It is a beautiful weapon. I have not fired rounds thru it yet but have cycled it while admiring it. Two weeks after purchase the cylinder locked up and upon inspection a screw had fallen out. Found and replaced the screw and found all the screws were loose. Tightened and thought all's good. Tonight I lost the third click when cocking and found the cylinder rotates freely at full cock. I'm new to SAA handguns but I'm thinking things may have gone bad if I had been firing this with the cylinder out of battery. I'll be testing Uberti"s warranty process. Stay tuned my friends..

Very fast shipping on this awesome revolver. If you want a change from your 9mm auto this is the way to go. Very accurate, beautiful and a conversation piece all in one. The longer grip is, in my opinion, better suited for 21st century (larger handed) people. For the price (or even way more) you can't go wrong here.

Love this revolver. Beautiful finish, excellent price and it hits what you aim at. No problem hitting a 10" steel plate at 35 yds. Bought the 5.5" bbl for me and my Dad got the 4.75".

There's not much to not like about this revolver. The grips are fantastic. I've put about 100 rounds thru it so far with zero issues. I can hit the bullseye consistently at 15 yds. Recoil is minimal even with the 45Lc ammo. If you like SA revolver in classis western style this one is as good as it gets. Great service from Bud"s as always.

One was cool but two Uberti Gunfighter Cattleman 5.5 in 45colt were a must. Matches my Ubert 1873 Winchester alsoo in 45colt just fun to shoot. Highly recommend my only problem is what do I buy next!
