I had excellent service from Buds first and foremost.
When I picked up the PPX from the FFL I went straight to the range and wanted to put a couple of rounds down range. Due to time constraints, I only put 8 rounds through it. Found that I like the sights and felt they were pretty dead on. Waiting on night sights right now. Due to the heft of the slide, the weight countered the recoil fairly well and had sight picture back on target quickly. I noticed the grip gets your hand right up on the pistol and it feels right. At 7 yards, I was hitting 6 o'clock low about 3 inches.
The trigger is wonderful. Walther says it is a 6.5lb trigger but I scaled it at 5lbs average.
This last weekend I was able to really put some rounds down range, 500 to be exact and had one FTF but I attribute that to the hand-loads.
Take down was extremely easy, wish my 1911 was that easy.
I let some friends shoot it and they were very impressed at the gun as a whole and couldn't believe the price for it. They all estimated between $700-$900.
The only con I have about the Walther PPX is the lack of a safty but common sense helps me not have any problems.
I highly recommend this for anyone.
