The lower reciever block is intended for a proprietary system, not a vice. I screwed it to my work bench. Should include more punches. Its ok for the price but its far from a complete tool set needed for a build.

Excellent kit, especially for starters. It gives you most of what you'd need to get things right the first time. The tools are quite adequate to do most anything you'd want while building your favorite shooters :)

Needed to change out the barrel nut on my AR15 pistol but didn't have the right tools to do it with. I purchased the Wheeler AR tool kit because it contains just what I needed. While the receiver block and the mag well block work perfectly, I'm not so thrilled with the multi-tool. I had a sunburst pattern barrel nut and the multitool has only 3 pins to grab the nut. All I ended up doing was stripping afew of the teeth from the nut. I used a tapco wrench and all was fine. I'm thinking maybe Wheeler might want to address that issue. Overall, I am very happy with the tool kit.
