What is the barrel twist?

Jose - this rifle barrel features a 1:9 twist rate. Better with lighter bullet weights, such as the 55 gr or 62 grain.

Jose, Barrel twist is the rifling in the barrel. Twist rate refers to the rate of spin in the rifle barrel, and is represented in inches per turn. It's important that your barrel has an adequate twist rate to stabilize the bullets you're shooting. A barrel that is a 1:10” twist means that the rifling will spin the bullet one revolution in 10 inches.

Bushmaster, as a rule, only includes one mag with their new ARs. they are now using MagPul Pmags for most of their 'factory mags'.

Pretty much the title, just making sure it isn’t lightly or cheaply made. Considering buying this. Not gonna be knee deep in water in the jungles of Vietnam with it, but I’d like to know if it’s decent quality.

If I order tomorrow, July 29, will I still be able to get the rebate?? I will be mailing a check so sale will not be finial until late next week which is after the sale end of July 30 . I also have to set up transfer with my local FFL dealer.

As long as you purchase the rifle and the invoice and receipt say otherwise it should still qualify any time before July 30 @ 11:59PM and have the postal sent by August 30. You should be fine.

Rebates have a purchase by date and a submit by date. If its paid in full before the buy date, you're good. But I'm not sure layaway date would qualify you. I'd call Buds to see what your printable receipt shows. You do not get a paper receipt. Only the printable receipts from your account page. If its not showing in your account now, I'd be worried and call 1-859-368-0371

Your invoice date will be sufficient. Just meet the postmark deadline and you are covered.

I'm pretty sure the receipt will show the date you placed the order whether you paid now, tomorrow, or 90 day layaway.

I like the rifle and it shoots well, but the point of impact was WAY to the right, to the point that I had to shift the rear sight almost all the way to the left to have the point of aim and point of impact to line up. I was a little unhappy about that, but Bushmaster took care of it under warranty. Otherwise it works as it should. Too bad Bushmaster apparently went out of business and these won't be available soon.

My very first purchase from Buds, and I was not disappointed! This thing fires like a dream... Accurate, reliable and so much fun! I have now fired about 3,000 rounds through it with out one single misfire or misfeed. I am getting a 2" grouping at 125meters with no problems shooting Federal .223 (55grain) ammo. Buds shipped quickly, and I am very happy overall.

I've had mine for a while now. I've got over 1000 rounds through it and overall I like it a lot. However, around the round count of about 300 I had some malfunctions due to a gas ring that was about half worn off when I looked at it. I sent the upper in to Bushmaster and I know they replaced all three gas rings because I took the other two off as well. The test fired about 130 rounds through it and sent it back. It's been great ever since, and I did about a 400 round ammo dump through it just so I could feel confident in the rifle again. The only reason it's getting 4 stars is because it did have a mechanical issue. The rifle shoot several types of ammo (like federal American Eagle) just less than 1" at 100. In fairness though I did accuracy testing with a Daniel Defense Omega free float rail system and a scope. The sub moa wasn't with iron sights. As far as Buds goes, they were great! Had the rifle in my hands within a couple days at a great deal. I can't blame them for a mechanical problem when they didn't build the gun.
