I bought this AR in Oct 2015 and didn't shoot it until recently. I put 75-100 rounds of XM-855 ammo, using 3 different types of mags including a Magpul Gen 2 MOE, and had no malfunctions of any kind and accuracy was very good. Bolt stayed to the rear after last round with every mag. The rear sight aperture is bottomed out and I wanted to bring it down a little so I raised the front sight post 3 or 4 clicks and now it hits just a few inches above point of aim at 100 yds. I'm happy with it even though I paid a good bit more than they're selling for now. All in all seems to be well made and I'm glad I picked this model. I've always liked a ghost ring rear sight for a defensive rifle.

Overall, I like this rifle. A couple of things to note: This rifle has an A2 carry handle, but an F marked front site post. While this is not a huge deal, the F marked is technically for the flat top upper. I did not mind because I was actually swapping out the upper and using the A2 upper for a m16A2 type build. Also, the rifle has a commercial butt stock and buffer tube. This is also not a huge deal, as most after market stocks are available in both mil-spec and commercial. However, the one stock I wanted to use was only made for mil-spec tubes. I swapped this out as well. I think if you want the rifle exactly as is - with no changing out of parts - it is a five star rifle. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the mis-matched front sight/carry handle combo for anyone who might be a purist when it comes to an A2 setup.

Has some machining issues under the dust cover on the receiver .Buds sent me a replacement but still wasnt the greatest.
