Excellent rifle. Stock looks better than pictures show. Rifle shipped and arrived quickly. Came with a target from the factory showing it had been sighted in. After firing can confirm it was at 50yds and 100yds. I will be purchasing another in 458.

This was my first CZ, but definitely will not be my last. Upon initial handling, it is clear that this is a very well made gun. It shoulders extremely well and is very comfortable when in position. The recoil is surprisingly light for such a large caliber. I bought this gun for an upcoming hunt and, after shooting it a few times, having enough gun is no longer a concern.

Great looking gun! It’s nice and heavy and looks like it belongs on a dangerous game hunt. The front swivel stud is easily removed if you are worried about sling bite when shooting big calibers. I will have a barrel band sling swivel installed, for those that are brave it can be a DIY job dor about $40, the cz custom shop claims it’s a $300 job. The front sight bead is not too visible in low light but a white paint pen will fix the quick and cheap. The bolt travel feels a bit rough as it is brand new out of the box. Just oil it up and work the bolt a couple of hundred times, then shoot it and it will be like butter. I haven’t got it to the range yet but I am very happy with it and can’t wait to take it hunting.

The rifle is flawless and extremely well balanced. The bolt travel will take a few dozen workings to smooth out (and it's not bad by any stretch out of the box) but this is a rifle that will break in--not break down. If you intend to scope it I would suggest ordering the rings at the time you order your rifle as it does not come with factory supplied rings. I've used the CZ rings before and they are very well built but others by Leupold or Warne are very good as well. The rifle comes with a target showing impact information for three shots are 100 metres. I would suggest looking at Lyman dies if you intend to reload as they are about half the price of RCBS or Hornady (if anyone actually has them in stock) and very well built. Mine actually came with a shell holder but I believe that was a special. RCBS shell holder is #37 and Hornady is #38. If you are looking for a rifle that you can rely on with your life this one will perform. I will be buying another in .375 H&H soon.

I just received this beast so I haven't had a chance to shoot it, but like all CZ products I own its a real beauty. One of the nicest looking stocks I've seen on a production gun. Construction seems solid and beefy as one would expect on a large caliber firearm. Fit and finish always good. I'm a fan of CZ rifles and shotguns and this one's worth the money. Other reviews I've read say its a shooter.

This rifle was my second CZ. Was it ever worth it! A very powerful cartridge matched up to a most impressive rifle. Wood-to-metal fit very precise. Wood grain is far superior to other factory offerings. Out-of-the-box accuracy is superb. Using handloads and the factory express sights, 4 rounds measured just at 3" at 100 yds. If you want a stout and powerful rifle, this is it!
