Ruger's Super Blackhawk revolver features a patented transfer bar
mechanism and loading gate interlock which provide an unparalleled
measure of security against accidental discharge. Its traditional
western-style, hand-filling grip is comfortable and has natural pointing
of any grip style. The Super Blackhawk also has cold hammer-forged
barrel, adjustable rear and fixed front sights, and is reliable with
coil springs throughout for durability. Included are scope rings.
This model has a 9.5" stainless barrel, frame, and cylinder. It also has
Hogue Tamer Monogrip and integral mounts are machined directly on the
solid-steel barrel rib.

Absolutely love this pistol. Probably the strongest. 44 magnum I've seen. Shoots great, and the recoil isn't bad. I shot 80 rounds the first time I took it out, and my hand and wrist felt fine. There is a piece of blue foam material molded into the grip right at the web of your hand to redfelt recoil. I highly recommend this pistol. My only negative is using the ACH transaction. It works fine, but it took a long time to clear their bank, and as everyone knows, the wait between ordering a firearm, and actually receiving it feels like forever. It took 6 days, and that's working days, ( mon-fri). I was probably just being impatient.

This is the most accurate revolver I've shot. The single action trigger is crisp. I mounted a scope on it and will have no problem taking out a deer or hog at 100 yards. No regrets at all!

I have owned this SRH for over a decade now and can honestly say it is the nicest revolver I have ever shot. It’s weight compliments the full house 44 mag load well and is pleasant to shoot. The factory scope rings are strong and the pistol scope I put on it has not moved at all. The only change I made to it is swapping out the factory springs for aftermarket wolf ones. The trigger is now perfect and no failures to detonate the primer.

Bought this pistol a few years ago. Great pistol for the price I bought it at then. Have use to hunt elk, deer, bear and mountain lion. Worked like a charm.

This gun is sweet. The kick is actually not bad. Personally love the nice stainless steel. Definitely a two handed gun for a smaller framed person like myself[155lbs.] due to the weight. The gun is very well built so you don't really feel the need to baby it. A blast to shoot and leaves a huge hole in whatever you blast with it.

This Suoer Redhawk is my third Ruger handgun. It is a fine shooting revolver. It has far less recoil than I had thought it would. It is well balanced and extremely well made. I like it!

What a crowd pleaser - I love this revolver! I got the 9.5" through Bud's, first order from here and it went super smooth. I was a little worried that I might be going overkill on the long barrel but now that I've had it for 2 years and a thousand rounds, I am sure I made the right choice. The extra length gives incredible accuracy, and the extended frame and overall weight of this gun makes the recoil very manageable. I can and have shot this for an hour without hand fatigue.

The Ruger Super Redhawk is everything I wanted in a large revolver. It's operation is smooth, it's accurate and over all just fun to shoot. Best of all I couldn't beat Buds price anywhere. I saved nearly $300 over the LGS prices. This was my first order from Buds and I won't hesitate to by here again.
