I have waited for this purchase, trying to decide between a bolt action versus a auto feed rifle to be used as an indoor/outdoor plinking rifle. This model of the iconic 10/22 fits this bill to a "T". Great finish, quality assembly of components, and very good wood appointments. Excellent rifle for its intended purchase.

This 10/22 is very nice looking, unfortunately, it went straight back to Ruger because it wouldn’t feed 3 of the 4 brands of ammo I tried through it. Hopefully Ruger will make it right.

This is an awesome rifle. Looks great, feels great, has a 2# trigger pull that is really smooth. All it needed was a scope which I installed a Bushnell 3.5X10X36 A22. My best group so far is 1/2" at 50 yards with Winchester 36 gr HP. Have not tried any target ammo yet. I really like the mid-weight barrel since it's not as heavy as the target model but shoots just as well. I have one of those too. They shoot about the same as for groups. The information I read on these they have a tighter chamber than the standard 10/22 and a crowned barrel as well. This one had a better trigger than my Target model. I already had one like this one only it has a blue barrel and the trigger on it was 5.5 lbs. I put a Hornet trigger in it and it also shoots 1/2" average groups at 50 yards. Great for squirrel hunting. Just add a sling. Great rifle & great price as well. Very fast & easy to buy from Buds!

Received LVT rapidly. Rifle was exactly what I expected. Can't wait to try it out but given how cold it is right no in FL I'm going to have to wait. Got this for two types of matches, ABRA benchrest and CMP rimfire. For CMP weight must not exceed 7.5 pounds without sling but with scope and empty mag. Trick is to find a very light scope which I did. Just makes weight. First time buying from Bud's and online. Was apprehensive as figured this would be difficult. Far from it. So easy and simple.

This was my second purchase from Buds at every thing was excellent. As for the rifle it arrived at my LGS quickly and with no issues. I mounted a scope and took it to the range where I found it to be a very nice shooting rifle. I think I will have a lot of fun with it. Thanks Buds and thanks Ruger.

Excellent purchase. After a few weeks of review reading and product research, I decided to go with this LVT. Very glad that I did. Took less than 30 rounds while sighting in to produce quarter sized groups at 50 yds. Once I got the scope dialed in, I managed to shoot inch and a half groups at 100 yards. When it comes to the accuracy of this rifle, I can't compare it to any other 10/22, but I will say this gun produces groups half the size of my friend's Marlin model 60 and 99 at the same distance. Highly recommend this rifle!
