  Harry, is this with one or multiple magazines? Other magazines would be a quick test to narrow down if it is magazine relate or pistol related. Magazines are known to cause the bulk of firing issues. You can also disassemble/ clean the inside of the magazine and make sure the follower glides up and down smoothly.
