I gotta say buds was great as always!! However this is the most inaccurate m1a I have owned. Grouping is terrible. I've tried everything, factory ammo, match ammo even my own reloads which I measure every load. Even put a sage ebr stalk on it hoping it would improve accuracy. I will be contacting SA to see if they can help. I've owned a scout and several standard m1a's and they group way better than this socom.

This specific rifle should be on every serious shooter vault. It's a complete turnaround from its predecessors. Shot mine along with a 22' from a friend and my friends and I preferred the SOCOM 16 all the way because it's more than a bench rifle, it's a 308 that you can effectively shoot while standing and have a good time. I Configured mine as a scout rifle, and I'm very happy with it. Whenever you can, give it a shot.

The SOCOM 16 is terrific! This is the one CQB rifle to own. It is fun to shoot. Five-stars all the way.
