Best Hang Gun I Ever Owned.
I was always told by friends that Springfield makes some top guns and boy where they right. I bought this gun from Buds under the layaway program which for me worked out great. Within less then 2months I was the proud owner of it. The gun came with a beautiful case, Booklets, Lock, 2 -16 round magazines, Different size hand grips, Holster and Magazine Holder (which holder 2).

Since I had it I have shot over 300 rounds through it and never has it ever jammed up or had any malfunctions. The gun is true to the sights that where setup from the manifacture which I can hit a targe over 100 feet away with it. Truely love this gun and was the best investments I ever made.

This is the best handgun that I own. I love the 3.8 barrel length, the 2 stage trigger and the weight of the handgun. This is the 3rd one that I have purchased because I like the firearm so much. I have 2 Black, and then the dual colored. I use both of the black ones for the firing range with my leg holsters. I like to use both hands to become proficient with both just in case. I have yet to have malfunctions or mis-feeds through these pistols. I have gone through about 5-6,000 rounds in both of my first 2. I cannot wait to US GI break in the new one.

Springfield Armory has made on hell of a pistol here. I have other handguns, yet I just keep coming back to these. I am also in the middle of purchasing the US GI 3" .45 ACP. These pistols are also used for concealed carry. I do carry all the time, and the shorter barrels are key for me. The 1911's are great for when I am in full gear with body armor etc... but when I am in street clothes, the XDM 40 is on my hip.
