So far I have been very pleased with this pistol. My first time out to the range and it performed flawlessly with no misfires and spot on accuracy. I put it in the same league as my Beretta 96A1 in the same caliber. Very nice workmanship. So pleased I decided to purchase the cheaper P-09 to add to my collection.

The CZ 75 SP-01 Tactical is smooth, accurate pistol. The quality is first rate. If you are looking for a great shooting full size pistol, you can't beat the CZ 75!

This is my second CZ pistol. My other is a CZ SP-01 Shadow Target 9mm. I traded in a Sig P226 Extreme 40 for this gun. In my opinion, the CZ is very underrated. Don't get me wrong, Sig builds a very high quality weapon, but the CZ shoots better and the grip is much more comfortable.. The slight extra weight and ounces make this an ideal .40 and the sights are very tight in terms of the way the front lines up with the rear. The recoil is not much more than my 9mm. Out of the box, it's dead on straight and you simply have to hold the gun steady to produce very accurate shots. As alway, Buds was excellent to deal with.

I own three CZ's a CZ83, and CZ p07. This is by far the best shooting full size 40 cal I own. It's a heavy gun reserve the p07 for carry, but it absorbs recoil, shoot like a tack driver and looks so good too. It did take about 300 rounds for complete break in, I would get a FTF every now and then at first, but now no problems at all. I really wanted the P06, but I am glad I got the SP01 know doubt you can shoot this baby all day and not get tired at the range. Night sights and rubber grips make it a comfortable gun, it really fits my hands very well. I have few friends they love to shoot it, only problem is the gun not your bargain basement budget gun, and can be hard to find too. Easy take down for most of you how are familiar with CZ's. Excellent fit and finish still looks brand new after 500 rounds and it's not my safe queen. Highly recommend this gun, be careful if this is your first CZ, they become very addicting.
