Fostech Origin-12 Takedown 12 GA Shotgun - 18" Barrel, 5+1 Rounds

Perfect transaction from Buds !!!!
The fostech orion 12 ga. Auto loading shotgun ,,,not so perfect .
Brand new ,with extra mags and a drum .
The gun jammed and would not feed properly with any ammo we tried .
Had to send it in for warranty .
Their lack of comunication ,
Never was the phone answered,by a person, leave a message ,,
They never called back ,so after a few emails .i did get a reply , and it was just a blow off.
They won't reimburse the total shipping fees ..
What a joke ..
My customer is not really happy ..

Doing business with Buds was a great experience. They are helpful/knowledgeable beyond any other I've used.
I like my origin 12 but am having some trouble with it that I hope some of you out there can help me with. The charging handle is very small and caused me to slip off and cut my knuckle, I bought the ext and still have a problem charging due to the very heavy recoil spring. I'm hoping it will correct itself with use.
Disassembly instructions are not totally clear, mine look to be from an older or newer model gun. Getting the bolt out and back in is a nightmare, what am I doing wrong?
I'm having
ftf and fte problems, sometime it won't clear the mech. and hang up.
As said earlier, I like this shotgun, it's features and "capabilities". BUT I need all the help/encouragement from any of you willing to take the time to help.

This is one of the fastest shotguns on the market. It has very little felt recoil and the trigger feels more like an aftermarket trigger. I put a muzzle break on mine so there is no muzzle rise. One drawback is that the gun is picky with ammo. It seems to like Remington 00 buck the best. I wish they made all the controls ambidextrous as I am a left-handed shooter. It is difficult for me to operate the mag release or bolt release without switching hands. Overall this is an awesome shotgun.
