  ii. a second pistol grip or another feature capable of functioning as a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand;
  iii. a shroud attached to the barrel or that partially or completely encircles the barrel, allowing the bearer to hold the firearm with the non-trigger hand without being burned, but excluding a slide that encloses the barrel;
  iv. a flash suppressor;
  v. the capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip; or
  vi. a buffer tube, arm brace, or other part that protrudes horizontally behind the pistol grip and is designed or redesigned to allow or facilitate a firearm to be fired from the shoulder.

  Hi Mike, no sir, a semi-auto pistol cannot have a threaded barrel or a flash hider, the magazine limit is 10 rounds. On top of all that it must be on the CA approved handgun roster, which this is not.

  Ryan, this is not even close to being WA legal. Prohibited -
  A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a
  detachable magazine and has one or more of the following:
  A. A threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer;
  B. A second hand grip;
  C. A shroud that encircles either all or part of the barrel designed to shield the bearer's hand
  from heat, except a solid forearm of a stock that covers only the bottom of the barrel; or
  D. The capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location
  outside of the pistol grip
  .
  A,C, & D are all disqualifiers, not to mention the 20rd magazine.

  Prohibited - Any semi-automatic pistols that do not have a fixed magazine, but have any one of the following:
  ○ Threaded barrel capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or suppressor.
  ○ Second handgrip
  ○ A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel that allows the
  bearer to fire the gun without burning their hand, except a slide that encloses the barrel.
