 The SUB-2000 is a pistol-caliber carbine manufactured by Kel-Tec CNC Industries of Cocoa, Florida. The rifle is a blowback operated, semi-automatic firearm with its operating spring located in the tubular stock. It is chambered in a pistol caliber (9mm), however offers ballistic advantages and accuracy at distance due to the 16″ barrel. The SUB-2000 accepts standard Glock magazines, therefore can be configured in any number of magazine capacities. It is a very light platform at only 4.25 lbs, and the folding stock makes transport simple.

As always Budsgunshop.com service is second to none. I love buying guns from them they have the best prices and best customer service. This gun is very fun to shoot however it is very hard to use the sights that come with it. Be prepared to update them some way. However it's operation has been flawless and still fun to use.

The kel Tec Sub 2000 is a fine carbine. I Like the 9mm Caliber & it's compact design by making it fold in half. Such a Great Design & comfort to shoot.

1st time Buds customer everything went exactly as stated with internet purchase was informed in every stage. The Sub 2000 was picked up at my FFL. Have been waiting to fire, went to the range today had so much fun shooting this gun myself and 3 others in group also fired can’t say enough positive flawless operation sight dialed in out of the box. 2 are planning to purchase. Recommend Buds and the KelTec Sub 2000 very happy customer

I recently purchased the Kel-tec Sub-2000 gen 2 9mm carbine in Glock 17/19 Magazine configuration from Buds. I had been wanting the Sub-2000 for a long while but i could never justify paying the amount that they usually sold for without being on sale in my mind. That is until Buds had a heck of a sale on them, which also included a voucher for mail in rebate. I'm glad i bought the gun when i saw the sale. It is awesome, fun, and easy to work. It is also accurate, and easy to stow in a backpack , or under the truck's back seat somewhere. Its a perfect size for a SHTF pack gun, or a Truck Gun, or even a Bug out Bag. It has a good rail on top for mounting of optics, which brings me to the only reason i wished i'd of waited for G3. The G3's have a twistable rail so that you do not need the $100.00 adapter for an optic just to collapse the gun without taking off the optic. either way, im not disappointed with my G2, its a lot of fun and i highly recommend them to anyone who's in the market for one.
