Fantastic gun! This is actually my 3rd HK USP. I love virtually everything about the gun. About the only downside to the USP is the poor DA trigger pull and the lack of interchangeable backstraps. The newer HK designs address the latter issue. Luckily for me the standard USP fits my hand like a glove.

I've only got a couple boxes of ammo thru the gun as I just picked it up today, but no surprises. It's quite accurate, and I expect it will get a little smoother with use. It apparently didn't sit around the warehouse for long; the date code shows it to be 2013 manufacture. Mine was a V1, but I dropped in a new detent plate to convert it to V9. It only took a few minutes. This is one of the great virtues of the USP- modularity.

This was my 3rd purchase from Bud's, too. Overall it was smooth, as usual. They're a little slow processing payments, probably due to volume. And they aren't very helpful as far as having detailed info on the gun. But once payment clears they ship quickly, and I will buy from them again. Bud's layaway rocks!

Everything I had expected. H&K makes a great product. Everytime I pull the trigger it goes bang! Great service from buds, I will keep doing business with them.

Still trying to get used to the long trigger pull. I like this gun and love how easy it is to clean. I have only had one stove pipe Jam. I have had no problem with the magaine release that everyone complained about. Over all it is a great gun and feels great in my hands. Love shooting this gun for target very small grouping. For the money I love it. I also had a great experince with Buds Guns.

This is my 3rd HK USP. I have had the 40 S&W and the .45 acp all in Variant 1 - but recently had to have the 9mm. The only aspect of this new 9mm USP that made it better than the others was my experience using Buds Gun Shop for the first time. The phone representative that I had the pleasure of talking with was beyond cordial and helpful. I am confident to recommend friends and associates to them and excited to make future business with them.

On to my USP experience. I can't say enough about the stellar functionality of the HK USP's. As a meticulous person, I have never been let down by any of my USP's in any fashion such as an FTF or FTE. I have had 1 failure-to-eject on a buddies custom hand-loaded cartridge one time that I used - and was VERY offended. Offended in the sense, that I owed my USP an apology for feeding it that garbage. But of course, never any malfunctions while using factory ammunition.

My vocation is Close/VIP Protection and have worked for years in Central America. My only choice has always been the HK USP even when I am needing to conceal carry in normal fitting clothing. Even with a pistol this size, this has been manageable to conceal carry with the right choice of IWB holsters.
