I'd check out gunbr0ker, they're a site that allows private owners and small shops to sell their products so they usually have rare and hard to find firearms and accessories. Hope this helps.

Does anybody know why there is about a 3/16 gape between the hammers and the firing pins on this gun. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, it doesn't look like that they will strike the pins to me.

Keith, this is normal Sir. This nostalgic cowboy gun features double triggers, true to the era color case hardening, fully functional external rebounding hammers. Outside hammer shotguns HAVE to have rebounding hammers. Otherwise the hammers would be down on the firing pins and the firing pins would be sticking into the fired primers. You wouldn't be able to open the gun after firing it. This also mitigates necessitating the cocking of the hammers before opening the action. Cheers and stay safe!

Not sure, but if it doesn't make contact the worse that would happen is it wouldn't fire, id take ot to the range and try it out if you are having issues contact CZ and start a warranty claim. Keith, overall length is exactly 37 inches Sir. Drop at comb 1.5" - Drop at heel 2.5" - Length of pull 14.5" - Overall length 37" - Weight 6.7 lbs.

Does this gun still come in a plastic gun case.

Do the hammers actually work to fire the gun or are they just for show

Having a problem trying to determine what this weapon looks like close up. Looks nice from a distance! So, any fancy engraving around hammers and top of action? Cannot find one to look at in person.

I was thoroughly impressed with the shotgun's quality and fit, as well as the speedy process for picking it up. Bud’s always delivers excellent quality. It shoots great, and my daughter and I went out shooting, and it’s terrific.

I want to preface this review saying that I absolutely love this shotgun. While I haven’t fired it yet, I can tell that this shotgun is well made. Stiff out of the box. Buds was fast with shipping so I want to give them 5 stars. The reason for the 4 stars is that the gun has some minor flaws. As you can see in the photos, the two hammers are slightly offset. This has the right hammer striking the firing pin well left of center, which came with an obvious divot in the hammer. The left hammer has a divot as well, but more centered. The color case hardening is actually pretty poorly done compared to some of my cheaper cowboy action firearms. I don’t know if Huglu’s/CZ QC has gone downhill in the past year, but the pattern is random and not very noticeable. It almost seems washed out. At first glance, it’s hard to tell that it has even gotten the acid color. The butt of the shotgun actually is way better in terms of color compared to the receiver. The receiver also has minor scratching on both sides (included in the photo). Overall though, these are nitpicking flaws. But flaws not the less. The included case is great. Can’t wait to actually get it to the range.

I had my eye on this gun for a long time, & let me boast it was worth every penny. Outstanding quality! In my opinion, it is the best "coach gun" on the market. The hammers are real and functional. The quality of the wood, blued finish on the barrels, & color case harden look on the receiver is top notch. It has two triggers, one per barrel. One thing I noticed with mine, initially the triggers were noticeably heavy, and the gun was really stiff when loading or taking apart. However shooting and cleaning has loosened both up quite nice. One warning, she is a thumper with the steel butt plate and buckshot. But that should be expected. If you're soft like me, use a rubber recoil pad to make it more fun. It gives you that "gun of the west" feeling and among my favorite fun guns to shoot.
