I posted for my tomcat that it jams, this is the magazine I purchased with my Beretta and both this one and the one that came with my gun behave the same. Not sure if the jamming is operator, the firearm, the magazines or the ammo. So I’m not sure how to rate this at this time, thus a 3 until I figure out what is causing my issue.

I bought a Beretta Tomcat, but it only came with one magazine, so I bought this one made by Beretta for an extra magazine. It works great, no problems.

These are Original Equipment Manufactured) magazines. They are indeed identical to the one that came with my Beretta Tomcat .32 ACP handgun. They do not come with a thumb slide to assist loading. They have stiff springs so I bought a "BabyUpLULA® loader for single-stack pistol mags without a projecting side button, .22LR to .380 ACP". Now I can load the pistol easily. Tomcat handguns, with the tipup barrel feature are great for us older shooters with diminished hand strength, but loading those magazines can be difficult without the side button to help with that. The single stack BabyUpLula is perfect for that.

Beretta Tomcat magazine. Great form fit function as long as not fully loaded. That 7th round will fail to load. I am loading 5 rounds with no problems. Too early to determine if magazine spring will soften to full load functionality.
