This was my first purchase from Bud's almost two years ago now and this Gun is awesome. My Father has owned a 9mm S&W for years and has never failed. I have fired only about 200 rounds through it so far, but very acurate with no adjustments made, and no wear on the finish. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone interested on buying a fantastic 45!

What a great weapon! I cannot say enough about this S&W 1911 PD. Feels great in hand, light, tack driving accurate, & quite good looking as well. If any of you who are looking for a 1911, I cannot recommend this weapon enough. The price for the weapon was the best I found anywhere, and I trolled the internet, plus went to all my local gun shops, and went to some out of town also. And last but not least, Bud's service was great. The weapon was shipped out much faster than I thought it would. That's not a slight toward Bud's, because I know they are uber busy. So not only did I get a great weapon for a good price. I also received very good customer service. Looking forward to doing business with Bud's again.

I love this weapon! My father's first gun was a S&W 686 .357 and he had always been a repeat customer with the brand. It played a strong role in the choice I made on my first firearm. After extensive research, I chose the 1911 and was I ever on the money! this baby has all the heads turning at the range. I cannot stop getting complimented on its looks, but more importantly on its performance! i was shooting popsicle sticks at 30 ft. with frightening ease. this piece is very easy to customise, but needs almost none because its so complete right out of the box. the rail system gives you great mounting options for accessories. I use Winchester Silver Tip Hollow Points with a 185 grain as my home defence round, but i shot a couple of boxes of Magtech 230 grain range rounds without a hitch. Even my father is hooked and looking to pick up the same 1911 in a Stainless Steel Finish. Smith and Wesson has a loyal fanbase within my family for years to come!

FANTASTIC GUN!!!! I LOVE THIS GUN, it truely is the best bang for the buck! I have owned several guns over the years being an L.E.O., and this one truely esceeds my expectations! The only gun I will carry on my side, and trust my life with! The handling is nice, shoots dead on right out of the box, and have over 1,500 rounds with no FTF, stove pipes, etc...
