This little browning 22 lever action is a great little rifle. Accurate right out of the box. It shoot all 22’s best of all it shoos 22 shorts.

It has taken me years to finally buy this rifle. I wish I had done it sooner.
It is a sweet shooting, sort-throw lever action 22lr, that is quick, and smooth. It paired with my 1962 Colt Frontier 22 revolver nicely.
I could have bought something for half the money, but would of had half the rifle. And had I looked at several other's.
All in all, I give this product, five stars out of five.

What a sweet shooting gun! I was going to change the sights but decided against it. Super accurate and a joy to shoot, the chipmunks on the other hand have a different opinion I’m sure!

I bought this in 2018 I think. It had some feeding issues and really wasn't very accurate with 50 yard groups in the 1 1/2 - 2" range using a Leupold 4X12 scope. I swapped it off.

After owning this .22-cal rifle for a couple of months I sold it. The BL-22 is not a bad rifle, but I didn't like the sights, too small, I did not like the short-throw of the lever. And I discovered that the receiver that I thought was a solid steel unit is nothing more than a steel cover over an aluminum sub-assembly (take a look at a BL-22 schematic). I think for the money you would be better served with a Henry lever-action .22-cal rifle. I sold the BL-22 and bought a Henry .22 Carbine with the big-loop (which turned out to be more accurate than the BL-22). I think the Browning BL-22 is a good rifle, but I think it's over-priced for what it isn't --- for that I give it two stars. Bud's was great as always.

Just a great great little gun! My dad bought me one back in the mid 70's and I loved it Then and love it now. High quality, good looks and shoots very well! Buds was great as well, super fast shipping.

Browning BL-22. Wow what a gem. It came down to the Browning or the Henry Golden Boy. I am very happy I chose the BL-22. Fit and finish are spectacular! Accurate, a 6" gong at 50 yards was effortless. What a beautiful firearm. Steel receiver was the deciding factor as well.Thanks Buds for fast and free shipping.
