• Q: Anyone out there think this will hold zero for a 308, SOCOM 16 just trying out some options. Picked up a Whiskey 3 but I think it's just a little to large for the set-up!

  To be quite honest, I doubt it would hold zero very well. With that being said, for only $30 it's worth a shot. I have $40-$60 bushnells that hold up on a .270 and 7mm so it might surprise you. Hope this helps.
