The Henry Golden Boy is a masterpiece of fine crafted gunsmithing. It features a blued octagonal barrel, American walnut stock, brass buttplate, with a gleaming Brasslite receiver and barrel band. Adding to the historic authenticity is the adjustable buckhorn-type rear sight. It balances well and makes for highly accurate offhand shooting. The smooth action associated with Henry rifles opens and shuts with the effortless slickness, and left-handed shooters can safely use any of Henry's lever action rifles.

This is a great fun rifle. Easily accurate with a flat trajectory to 100 yards, it'll take you further. Appearance-wise, it's a real wallhanger, as well as people at the range coming up all; the time to admire it. And ammo is always ever so affordable. In a nutshell, it's a pure winner. And support from Henry is second-to-none. You can't go wrong acquiring this.

I have been a Henry owner for many years. This rifle fills a void I have had in my cabinet. I sent my last one to my grand kids. Smooth as butter and it is like a tack hammer at 25 yards. highly recommend all Henry lever action rifles.

    Hi Steven, no sir, this gun will fire .22lr, .22 shorts, or 22 long.......22 magnum is an entirely different round.
