Phenomenal amazing deal and for what I paid I got more then I thought I would

Great S&W quality as always. Had only one problem, although it says 17+1 magazines it had the 10+1 when it arrived at my FFL. I could have returned it but accepted it anyway since I was wanting to shoot it that weekend. Other than that, it is a great handgun with no problems whatsoever.

First off, Bud's was great -- shipping was fast, the gun was new and well packaged, no problems at all with the transaction. The gun, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The frame-to-slide finish is pretty poor, there's a large gap between them. (Some claim that gap is intended by S&W, but I have my doubts, especially because the gap differs from gun to gun.) Moreover, the frame sags at the front, near the end of the barrel, making it look poorly assembled. Google "M&P9 frame sag" and you'll see plenty of pictures of what I am talking about, and a lot of complaints about the same issue, although it has not seemed to affect the functionality of the gun. Finally, while I am by no means a great shot, I can't seem to get tight groups with this gun, and certainly not as tight as I can achieve with my Glock 17 or my Sig P320. For such a well-liked handgun, at nearly $500 I expected more from Smith & Wesson.

The pistol arrived in the advertised time period with no problems. The gun looks new as stated by BUDS. Can't wait to go to the range. Thank you BUDS. Will buy from you if a great price appears again.

This is just the standard full size model with 3 dot sights with both the key lock and magazine disconnect. The lock and disconnect can be removed using factory parts if desired. The trigger is outstanding when compared to my 2012 M&P 40, probably 4.5 to 5.5 pounds. I was pleased to see that the description was updated from 10 1 to 17 1. Even S&W had it wrong on their website.

Buds is fast as promised. Loved the insure policy and return conditions. Luckily this beauty has a new home in me. Purchased for personally carry, love the 17rd capacity, but you fly through 'em at the range. The finish is amazing, the gloss slide against the matte black body really grows on you. Smooth slide action, mag release. Trigger is gritty but the USB kit i purchased from Apex will put an end to that. I went to the gun range down the road and put my first 100rds threw without a hiccup. Flawless. As accurate as you are. At 7 yards overlapped two on the bull's eye. Back by S&W Lifetime warranty, I foresee a long life with my M&P. Its a knockout.

After reading many reviews and countless hours of research, I decided to buy the M&P 9mm. And it has lived up to every expectation. Everything about the gun is perfect. Haven't had a single problem after about 600 rds. As a beginner shooter (with handguns) I can easily keep a 4" group at 10 yds. I recently upgraded the sear and trigger return spring with the Apex DCAEK and I really like the feel now. It lowered the trigger break by one pound and shortens the over travel by a bit. This is not a necessary upgrade, It just makes a great gun even greater.

Smith & Wesson really did their homework on this one. This is the best polymer pistol I have ever owned. Accurate, well made, and dependable. I don't think you would be sorry, if you bought this gun.
