A shot in the dark. Covert pistols have Tactical Wedge night sights and Crimson Trace Lasergrips. If you can see, you can aim. Lightweight aluminum frames make them easy to carry, and Kimber quality ensures absolute dependability–even when the lights go out.

Built in the Kimber Custom Shop, Covert pistols are a perfect blend of light weight and tactical features. Front strap checkering in a new 30-lines-per-inch pattern with bordered base ensures a positive grip, and the Carry melt treatment rounds and blends edges so they will not hang up on clothing or holsters. Standard Kimber features like match grade barrel, chamber and trigger, beveled magazine well and bumped and grooved grip safety boost accuracy and speed. Three sizes are offered, covering everything from duty to personal protection and even backup. Carry a Kimber Covert, and don’t be afraid of the dark.

Awesome gun, shoots and cycles really well. Only issue I had was with the factory clip. there is a tab that is suppose to be bent down allowing you to load the bullets but mine arrived sticking out which caused the inability to load the clip. I tried bending it down myself so i could load the clip and it broke. the clip still works but i had to file off the rough edges around the break. other than that i'm completely satisfied.

Excellent hand gun and very accurate would recommend it to anyone Kimber is one of the best and Buds was great to work with perfect transaction. Kimber isnt the cheapest but you get what you pay for and best of all made in the USA!!!!!!!!

Bought mine from bud's recently. Timely(was delivered 3 days after order. Happy with service from bud's. Not at all happy with the gun. So far I have fired 400 rounds through gun in attempt to "break in". I've fired winchester 230 fmj, remington 230 jhp and blazer brass 230fmj. I've had several instances where the slide stop has engaged the slide while there is still ammo in magazine. Also, with all ammo, I've had 20 to 25 instances where the slide stopped approximately 1/16 short of full return. I've cleaned and oiled per Kimber maintenance manual every 100 rounds. Obviously, could not use this as a carry gun. Very disappointed in performance of this gun. I thought Kimber would put out a better product than this. Would not buy another Kimber.
